Happiness...people list out many things which give them happiness if we ask them what it is to a child, its a chocolate which gives a student, its the achievement which gives a businessman, its the profit which gives happiness lie only in these things?? certainly lies within you and you are the one who can bring it out by doing the right are the one who can bring out the best out of yourself, when you learn to see good in seems to be the outcome of positive events, but its an inner feeling triggered by outer is a matter of choice...we can choose to be happy and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives...happiness can only increase by giving it to others...
happiness looses its meaning, when it is not compensated by sorrow and God has given us the strength to face it and light our own way....If something doesnt seem good now, let that not stop you from being happy...we often spend too much time in finding faults in others, where as we should work towards perfecting ourselves...Disappointments are like road bumps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards. Don't linger on the bumps too long. Move on!!..theres a purpose to life's events,to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry too one can go back and make a brand new start, but we can start something good now and bring it to a brand new ending...if your thoughts, your words and your actions are in harmony, it gives you more than happiness...let's free our heart from hatred...lets be the source of others happiness..lets free our mind from worries,give more and expect less...think of solutions rather than problem...revisit your deeds..think of what you've done rather than what you haven' will definitely be happy in life...
I liked these lines about being happy in life....

Listen to the Exhortation of the Dawn!

Look to this Day!For it is Life, the very Life of Life.

In its brief course lie all the Verities and Realities of your Existence.

The Bliss of Growth,The Glory of Action,The Splendor of Beauty;

For Yesterday is but a Dream,And To-morrow is only a Vision;

But To-day well lived makes Every Yesterday a Dream of Happiness,

And every Tomorrow a Vision of Hope.

Look well therefore to this Day!

Such is the Salutation of the Dawn!

Four years at BITS!!!

...Sometimes I wish to

God I didn't know now...

The things I didn't know

Oh. You've been happy all your life. You've never felt the disillusionment threaten to rain down your dreams.You've gazed in uncomprehending amazement at those who didnt play by the rules and questioned the game.But of course.

I remember a moment, not very long ago, when i punctuated with a mery laugh, a profound observation made by one of my seniors- that to survive your third year in BITS, you need good spirits. That sounded like adolescent angst to me- why, we were past all that in high school! Now I see what deeper, darker.No longer does the world treat with kid gloves- now that you're almost stepping out into this big,bad world.

...And it just makes me

wonder why so many lose,

so few win...

And give me something to

beleive in...

It isn't just the cumulative frustration function of academics(Or is it?) After all, thats what we're here for. Our chosen subject of study.May be its just the unwillingness to become adults. Somehow, adulthood seems to carry the threat of mundane existence, with no new or exciting possiblities. May be its fear of brutual competition.Maybe its just the confusion that comes with not knowing. How many of who've decided MS/MBA route really know what they are doing? Sure, we've given it thought- discussed it ad infinitum. But that doesn't mean too much, does it?

And then again, maybe it is what they term "college rebellion".Everyone has a "when-i-was-in-college-.."story. And its never pure candyfloss. That would make one lousy story

Oh well. To what we learn, what we unlearn, what we don't learn and what we wish we hadn't learnt..To four years of discovery in Pilani. Our makeshift "graduation ceremony"-to batch snaps, an excuse to deck up and pose. To happy endings!
Ready Smile!- :)

Campus Placements!!!

Finally, the placements had come to an end...i would say it was a great experience to work as a volunteer for the placements..would always cherish the moments spent waitin for the results to be put up in the notice boards and the excitement, once the results r out...Its ended up leaving behind an silence after a huge storm..Many of us thought the placements in this semester was better than that of first sem...the happiest thing of all is many are goin back with a 4-5 lpa job in hand which was not the case with the first semester..ppl were worried of the placements as many companies got cancelled in the beginning...but it was all covered up by many new companies turning up..Finally i would say it was a very gud experience for me...
